A modular house built from two 6m x 3m containers, 2.54m high with a 2.44m slope. Inside there are separate rooms for 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. The presented object is a well insulated year-round version.
- The frame was made of closed steel profiles, which guarantee the appropriate stiffness and strength of the entire structure.
- The house is covered with 100mm foamed polystyrene panels with a heat transfer coefficient of 0.038W/mK or 100mm PIR panels with a heat transfer coefficient of 0.023W/mK.
- Floor insulated with 100mm polystyrene or 100mm mineral wool, covered with OSB 18mm.
PVC flooring or panels laid. - External flashings in anthracite color.
On request we equip our facilities with:

Technology
In addition to the design and installation, our company also takes care of the full interior finishing of the house. Thanks to the use of the latest technology the house is a comfortable year-round house. What is more, it guarantees much higher energy efficiency than standard residential buildings. At the design stage energy and heat recovery issues are taken into account. Proper quality of thermo-insulating materials, ventilation and a thoughtful, accurate design result in savings when operating DR Home facilities.

Construction Time
One of the main advantages of a modular house is fast construction. Investor chooses the design of the house that suits him best, and the producer, having already prepared prefabricated elements, is able to realize the project within few weeks. The assembly of the house itself can be completed in just a few days. Everything depends on preparation of the plot of land and utilities for the assembly.
