Container Double L - DR Home

A general purpose “Double” container with a basic anthracite finish. The object has dimensions of 9 x 12 m and height of 2.54 m with a drop of 2.44 m and is made of 100 mm polystyrene sandwich panels.

The presented container is a standard version:

Year-round – well insulated
Made of closed steel profiles
Covered with foamed polystyrene sandwich panels
with a thickness of 100 mm and heat transfer coefficient of 0.38W/m2 or PIR panel
The floor is insulated with 100 mm thick polystyrene and lined with 18 mm thick OSB board
18 mm thick
Floor covered with PVC carpet or panels

Technology

In addition to the design and installation, our company also deals with the full finishing of the container interior. By using the latest technology container is a comfortable, elegant building for the whole year. What is more, it guarantees much higher energy efficiency than standard buildings. At the design stage, energy and heat recovery issues are taken into account. Appropriate quality of heat-insulating materials, ventilation and a well-thought-out, accurate design result in savings during the operation of DR Home modular buildings.

Construction Time

One of the main advantages of modular buildings is fast construction. Investor chooses the project which suits him best, and the producer, having already prepared prefabricates, is able to realize the project within few weeks. The assembly of the building itself can be completed in just a few days – of course everything depends on previous preparation of the plot and utilities for the assembly.
