Standard building features:
- PIR 100mm sandwich panel with a heat transfer coefficient of 0.023 W/m2
- Floor covered with OSB 18mm, insulated with polystyrene foam 100mm, PVC lining
- Single-pitched roof – 100 mm thick polystyrene sandwich panel with
thermal transmittance of 0.38W/m2 - External flashings, anthracite coloured
- Internal flashings white
